Category 5e direct burial outdoor network cable featuring a 24 AWG, 4-pair solid bare copper construction with a UV-resistant LLDPE jacket for aerial, duct and buried installations. Available in six constructions to match site conditions: standard direct burial, gel filled, waterblock tape, aerial with steel messenger, and shielded versions with gel fill, waterblock tape or dual jacket. Gel and waterblock constructions prevent moisture migration in wet environments, while shielded versions add an aluminium mylar foil shield with drain wire for high-noise locations. Supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) speeds up to 100 meters and bandwidths up to 350 MHz. Rated to -40°C. Supplied on a 1,000 ft wooden reel in black.
