Heavy-duty Type MC (Metal-Clad) 600V aluminum power cable engineered for branch, feeder, and service power distribution across commercial, industrial, and multi-residential facilities. Constructed with compact stranded AA-8000 series aluminum alloy phase conductors and a bare AA-8000 aluminum grounding conductor, each insulated with heat- and moisture-resistant XHHW-2 cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). The conductor assembly is wrapped with a protective binder tape and encased in a flexible overall aluminum interlocked armor for superior mechanical protection. Approved for exposed and concealed installations, power, lighting, control, and signaling circuits, as well as placement in cable trays and approved raceways. Fully compliant with NEC Article 330 and UL 1569 standards.
